  1. Agreement

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before proceeding with registration. By registering for the course, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. By going ahead with your registration, you also consent to the registration of your IP Address as proof of provenance of your registration. The course sheet of the course you are registering for, which can be found on Online Live Casino Academy and the Institute of Tourism Studies websites (as indicated in Clause 2 below) forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Provider

This agreement is being entered into by you and Online Live Casino Academy of Online Live Casino Academy, Bordino Street, Bugibba, St Paul’s Bay SPB 2743, MALTA (Phone: +356 2157 4567; Email: info@olcamalta.com Web: www.olcamalta.com).

  1. Course Details

All the details of the course you are registering for, including costs and an outline of the course, can be found in the relevant course sheet on Online Live Casino Academy’ website (as indicated in Clause 2 above). PLEASE NOTE that the course you are registering for may change due to unforeseen circumstances and Online Live Casino Academy reserves the right to alter the venue, date and time at any time; however the costs of attendance shall not be altered. In case that the event is cancelled by Online Live Casino Academy for any particular reason, a cash refund will be made to registrants.

  1. Course

The course will take place at the Online Live Casino Academy venue – Online Live Casino Academy, Bordino Street, Bugibba, St. Paul’s Bay, Malta SPB 2743.

  1. Language

The course will be conducted in either English or Maltese. English will be the language of choice if there is at least one attendee who does not understand Maltese.

  1. Registration

Kindly complete the registration form and submit it online before the closing date.   1. Confirmation

Confirmation of registration will be forwarded to participants on receipt of the completed registration form.

  1. Payment

Commitment to prepayment is a condition for registration. By registering for the course, you are agreeing to be immediately bound by all these terms and conditions, including payment terms and costs as appearing on the course sheet of the course you are registering for. In any case, the participant or his/her administration will receive an invoice for the payment of the registration fee.

  1. Cancellations/ Substitutions

In accordance with OLCA’s No Refund Policy, it is important to note that in cases of cancellation or non-attendance due to illness, personal, or professional reasons, applicants are not entitled to receive refunds, waivers of remaining fees, extra tuition, or transfers. If any alternative arrangements are provided, it is possible that additional charges may apply.

  1. Liability and Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Online Live Casino Academy against any claims of any nature that may be made against Online Live Casino Academy in relation to your violation of these Terms & Conditions. Online Live Casino Academy, its partners, trainers, affiliates, or entities involved in otherwise contributing to the course you are applying for, shall not be liable for damages, direct or indirect, in relation to any loss or injury resulting from your registration through this website or your attendance at the training course for which you are registering, whatever the nature of any alleged loss, injury, or damages, and whether such claims are based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, unless Online Live Casino Academy was negligent in carrying out its obligations under this agreement.

  1. Applications for Funds

In cases where the applicant is not self-financing but is making use of funds that are external to his/her own funds or his/her employer’s, any documentary evidence required in support of the applicant’s application will be provided free of charge. Once registration has taken place, non-submission of the application for funding, withdrawal of the application for funding or rejection of the application for funding by the adjudicating entity will not be considered valid grounds for the reimbursement of the deposit and any additional money paid or which is still to be paid. Moreover, by going ahead with an application for funding, the applicant understands that he/she will be fully responsible for compliance with any of the criteria set out by the fund for which the applicant is applying and agrees to indemnify Online Live Casino Academy in full against any loss, damage or expense arising from this condition and the application for funds.

  1. Jurisdiction

This Agreement and the obligation of the Parties hereunder shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malta.

  1. Severability

In the event that any of these terms, conditions or provisions shall be determined invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term(s), condition(s) and provision(s) shall be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions, which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1. Data Protection Policy

The Data Protection Act, 2001, regulates the processing of personal data whether held electronically or in manual form. The Institute of Tourism Studies and Online Live Casino Academy are set to fully comply with the Data Protection Principles as set out in the act.

  1. Commitment to Quality

The Online Live Casino Academy and Institute of Tourism Studies are firmly committed to provide learning programmes aimed at guaranteeing standards of service within the Hospitality Industry.

Students’ progress is continuously monitored by their tutors, review boards, as well as internal and external examiners. The lecturing staff continuously receives special training and guidance in methodology and assessment techniques.
